Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Lee-Ann@thecrunchypuppy.com detailing the product(s) you are unhappy with. We will promptly provide you with a complimentary return shipping label. Once we receive the returned products, we will process a refund within 10 business days.

Please retain all products from your order until we can determine the best course of action to resolve your issue.

Once the returned order has been received by The Crunchy Puppy, your refund will be approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at (Lee-Ann@thecrunchypuppy.com).

Exchanges & Replacements

If you would prefer to exchange or request a replacement order instead of a refund, we are happy to make those accommodations! Please retain all products from your order, as a return may be required to complete your request.
